At the beginning of the collaboration, an initial meeting is held with our customers. This initial meeting can be held online or on site. Basic topics are discussed in this non-binding initial meeting.
Based on this initial exchange, we create an individual offer for our customers in which we analyze the processes in the company over the course of several days. In doing so, we attach great importance to not causing any additional work and not taking up employees' time. Once the on-site visit is complete, we draw up a recommendation for action. This is discussed in an online meeting. Projects are defined and initiated.

We attach great importance to transparency and communication in this process and in subsequent projects. Our working hours, materials used and similar are disclosed in weekly jour fixes. Outside of the scheduled meetings, we are of course available for our clients, but make sure that we never take up more time than necessary.
